Despite progress, billions still lack access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene, highlighting an urgent need for infrastructure, ecosystem restoration, and education to ensure universal access by 2030.

My name is Ali, and Dig Well is more than just a project—it’s a tribute to my grandmother, Suraya. She was the heart of our family, a woman who gave selflessly, always caring for others. I wanted to honor her legacy by doing something meaningful that would continue her spirit of generosity. Over ten years ago, I tried to bring this dream to life, but life had other plans. It wasn’t the right time, and the project didn’t take off as I had hoped.
But I never gave up on the idea. The desire to help others, inspired by my grandmother, stayed with me. Now, the opportunity has finally arrived, and I’m determined to make a lasting impact.
